Welcome to Start Sourdough — where flour meets fun and every loaf begins with a little love (and wild yeast!).
By placing an order with us or using our website, you're agreeing to the terms below. Nothing too scary — just a few dough-lightful details to keep everything fair and transparent.
🥖 Our Products
All of our sourdough products are handmade with care in small batches. Please remember that sourdough is a living culture, and results may vary based on how it’s cared for once it reaches your kitchen. We provide guidance and support, but the magic of sourdough depends on how you nurture it.
📦 Orders & Payments
When you place an order, you agree that:
- All information provided is accurate and complete
- You are authorized to use the payment method provided
- Your order is final once confirmed and paid
Prices are listed in euros (€) and may be updated from time to time. Once your payment is processed, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email.
🚚 Delivery
We currently offer local delivery in Malta. Delivery dates and times may vary depending on availability. We’ll always do our best to communicate clearly and get your goodies to you on time (but hey, sometimes traffic jams or flour emergencies happen!).

💸 Refunds & Satisfaction
Due to the perishable and living nature of sourdough starter, returns are not accepted. But don’t worry — if you’re not satisfied, we’re happy to offer support or a refund. Just get in touch within a reasonable timeframe and we’ll make it right.
🛑 Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if necessary — for example, in the case of suspected fraud, abusive behaviour, or repeated issues.

All content on our website — including text, images, and branding — belongs to Start Sourdough. Please don’t copy, reproduce, or use it without permission (sharing our content with proper credit is always appreciated though!).
